8.2 Where an account is terminated due to proven breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where suspension is for investigation purposes, funds will be held pending the outcome of the investigation.
8.3 Users may close their own accounts at any time by contacting ks99 support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified balance will be refunded to the account holder's verified payment method.
